One of my kids absolute favorites right now!
Start with 4 Tbsp of your favorite cake mix
add 2 Tbsp of water
mix with a fork making sure to scrape the bottom of the cup to get all your little bits and pieces mixed in well.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.....
....and your done!
Warm, moist, low fat, delicious cake for just pennies per person.
