Oat Flour, and all it's goodness

Baking with food allergies doesn't have to be hard or require expensive grain mills.  I great resource for this and other great allergy related recipes is http://www.realfoodallergyfree.com/

HOW Easy?
Baking with oat flour is as easy as pie, and can be really affordable if you make your own.  All you need is a blender!  And I'm not talking your Blendtec or Vitamix.  A plain ole $10 blender from your local store will work just fine.  Just toss some oatmeal  in the blender and blend until you have flour.  Easy as pie!

It takes about 2 3/4 cups of oatmeal to make 2 cups of oat flour.

Happy blending!!!
