Dried Fruit in Your Smoothie

Did you know you can used dried fruit in your Green Smoothie too?
Dates, plums, prunes, pears... you name it.  If it's dried, you can use it to help sweeten your concoction of deliciousness

If you are thinking way ahead, you can soak them in water over night.  I prefer to soak and store in the fridge.  Don't forget to use the soaking water in your smoothie, it's flavored too!

Place dried fruit in a bowl and cover with boiling water.  Let soak for 30 minutes.
