Peanut Butter Cookies:
2 cups mix
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
Roll into balls and press in a crisscross pattern with a floured fork. Bake at 350* F for 6-8 minutes. Do not over bake.
